Accessing Of Broadsheet By Form Teacher

The Form Teacher is the head of a class arm. He is the supervisor of that class arm and the mini Head of Department for all subjects offered in that class arm.

A staff member is assigned the role of a Form Teacher from the approved list. And a Form Teacher must be essentially assigned all subjects offered in the class arm where he is appointed as Form Teacher.

The form teacher sees all scores imputed by subject teachers of the class arm. The form teacher can also input all scores within his class in the event that the subject teachers are unable to do so. And the form teacher sees the broadsheet to enable him/her to see all scores inputs at a glance on a single table.

The Form Teacher is able to view the broadsheet. From the broadsheet of the class arm, he/she is able to view performance of all the learners within the class arm. The Form Teacher knows the learner better and understands each learner in his class arm.

So the Form Teacher is able to input psychomotor and affective values and to input comments for each learner in his/her class. The Form Teacher can also input scores for all subjects the learner offers.
